Muslimpreneur, operated by Sulthan Group Ltd, provides digital products and services, including online business education, mentorship, live events, and program materials. This Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive access after purchase or registration.
1. Digital Delivery
All of our products and services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided electronically via email and/or through our online learning and community platforms.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Event registrations: Confirmation and your access/join link are sent to the email address you provide immediately after you register, and again as a reminder before the event.
- Program purchases: Your onboarding link and account access are delivered to your email within 48 hours of a successful purchase, and in most cases immediately.
3. If You Do Not Receive Access
If you have not received your confirmation, access link, or onboarding link within the timeframe above, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@muslimpreneur.io and we will resolve it promptly. Where we are unable to deliver access, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
